We are very excited to announce that in September 2020 Rainbow was accepted to join 'The Curiosity Approach' Accreditation.

"The Curiosity Approach is a wondrous ethos that focuses on Curiosity, Awe, and Wonder in Early Childhood. We are excited to start this incredible journey and are thrilled to share it with you."

During our journey we will be moving away from bright colours and the traditional looking nursery environment, these can overstimulate young children and as a result impact on their happiness and well being.

We aim to provide a calm and tranquil environment using more natural colours so the children feel safe to relax and engage in their learning.

We provide china crockery and other authentic resources allowing the children to learn that their actions have consequences eg if you throw or drop a china cup it will break, the children learn to respect the resources through careful modeling by the staff.
